We currently ship across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically mentioned on our website.

4. Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number and courier details will be provided, allowing you to track your shipment.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

  • Customer unavailable
  • Delivery refusal

the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Photos of the product

We will investigate the matter with the courier partner and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.

11. Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.

There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments unless clearly communicated before dispatch.

12. Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, the customer may be responsible for any applicable re-shipping charges.

13. Cash on Delivery (COD)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:
